Challenge

The mine site is far from any town, so hundreds of employees needed proper accommodation and support facilities on site, which could also be moved as the mining area shifts.

Solution

We designed a camp of 24 insulated 40ft accommodation units and 6 20ft toilet units, complete with a canteen, clinic and workshop. The units were shipped by sea to East Kalimantan and installed on pedestal foundations so they are easy to relocate.
