Delivery

Container delivery across Indonesia

Units ship from our workshop in Cillincing by trailer or crane truck — and by sea to other islands — all the way to unloading and placement on your site.

Container delivery

Delivery cost depends on the destination zone and the container size; delivery time depends on distance and, for other islands, the shipping schedule. Check the estimate for your city below or ask our team directly.

Mobilization cost per unit — for rentals it covers both delivery and pick-up. Excludes VAT and cranes/forklifts at hard-to-reach sites. The final cost is confirmed in your quotation after a site survey.

Fleet

Delivery methods

  • Trailer truck

For long road trips or sites with their own crane or forklift. One trailer carries one 40ft unit or two 20ft units.

  • Crane truck (self-loader)

A truck with its own crane: the unit is unloaded and placed without extra heavy equipment. Suits 10ft–20ft units.

  • Inter-island shipping

For Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali–Nusa Tenggara, Maluku and Papua: units travel via the nearest port and are then trucked to your site.

Steps

How delivery works

  1. Quote & schedule

Tell us the city or site address. We work out the delivery cost, choose the right vehicle and schedule delivery once the unit is ready.

  2. Site preparation

Prepare level, firm ground (a concrete pad, piers or a simple foundation) and road access for the truck. Our team can help with a site survey if needed.

  3. Loading & departure

The unit is checked and loaded at the workshop. For other islands it goes to the port and travels by cargo ship.

  4. Unloading & placement

On site, the unit is unloaded with the crane truck or a separate crane and set down at the agreed spot.

  5. Handover

We check the unit together — doors, windows, electrics and fittings — and sign the handover report.

Preparation

What to prepare on site

So the unit can be unloaded and placed straight away on delivery day.

  • Road access wide enough for a truck: about 4 m, with no low cables or branches along the way in.
  • Level, firm ground: a concrete pad, piers or a simple foundation to suit the unit size.
  • Working room for the crane next to the placement spot, with no overhead power lines.
  • Site access permits (factory, mine, housing estate) arranged before delivery day.
  • Someone from your side on site when the unit arrives, for the handover.

FAQ

Questions about delivery

Can you deliver outside Java?

Yes. Units travel by cargo ship via the nearest port and are then trucked to your site. Delivery time follows the shipping schedule; our team will give you an estimate with the quote.

How much does container delivery cost?

It depends on the destination zone and the unit size. Use the delivery checker for an estimate, or request a quote for an exact price for your site.

How is the unit unloaded on site?

The unloading method — crane truck, separate crane or forklift — depends on the unit size and site conditions, and is set out in the quote.

What should I prepare before the unit arrives?

Road access for the truck, level and firm ground, room for the crane and any site access permits. See the preparation checklist on this page.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on distance: cities in Java usually take a few days after the unit is ready, while other islands follow the shipping schedule. See per-city estimates in the delivery checker.
